Synthflow alternatives, now that it is enterprise only.
Synthflow no longer sells self-serve plans: its pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, and its older Pro, Growth and Agency plans are closed to new customers. For a small business or an agency, the closest alternatives are Retell AI (pay as you go, $0.07 to $0.31 a minute all in, no-code builder), Bland AI ($0.14 a minute on its free Start plan), Vapi ($0.05 a minute platform fee plus the providers you choose, for developers) and ElevenLabs Agents (plans from $6 a month with minutes included). Retell is the nearest like-for-like swap.

What changed at Synthflow
Synthflow built its name on a no-code builder that small businesses and agencies could buy by the month. On 30 September 2026 its pricing page lists no self-serve plan and says contracts start at $30,000 a year; its documentation calls the pricing sales-led and says the earlier Pro, Growth and Agency plans are no longer available for new subscriptions. Existing customers on those plans keep them. If you are starting a new project below that budget, you need another platform.

Air.ai, often listed as an alternative, no longer sells voice agents: its domain now belongs to a different business.
Which one to pick
- You want the closest replacement for a Synthflow no-code agent: Retell AI. Pay per minute, a visual flow builder, GoHighLevel, n8n and Make connections, and a BAA without an enterprise contract.
- You want one simple per-minute price and a free start: Bland AI, on its Start plan at $0.14 a minute.
- You have a developer and want to choose every provider: Vapi. The lowest platform fee, but you assemble and pay the speech, model and voice providers yourself.
- Voice quality matters most and volumes are small: ElevenLabs Agents, with minutes included in plans from $6 a month.
Per-minute prices are only part of the bill. A 3-minute call at $0.15 a minute is $0.45; 1,000 such calls a month is $450, before phone numbers and any extra concurrency. Build a test agent on your top two choices and run the same ten calls through both before you move anything.
Moving an agent off Synthflow
- Export what defines the agent: the prompt, the flow, the knowledge base documents and the actions it calls (calendar, CRM, webhooks).
- Rebuild it on the new platform and point the same actions at your tools; most connections are webhooks or native GoHighLevel, n8n and Make integrations.
- Port or forward your phone number last, after test calls pass, so callers never hit a broken line.
- Run both in parallel for a few days on a test number and compare transcripts before switching.

How much does Synthflow cost now?
Its pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, and it no longer publishes a per-minute rate. Self-serve Pro, Growth and Agency plans are closed to new customers (as of 30 September 2026).
What is the best Synthflow alternative for small businesses?
Retell AI is the closest swap: pay as you go at $0.07 to $0.31 a minute all in, a no-code flow builder and a BAA without an enterprise contract. Bland AI is simpler to price at $0.14 a minute.
Is Vapi cheaper than Retell?
Vapi's platform fee is lower ($0.05 a minute against Retell's $0.055), but on Vapi you pay the speech, AI model and voice providers on top, so the total depends on what you choose. Vapi's own calculator estimates $82 to $129 a month for 1,000 minutes.
Does Air.ai still exist?
Not as a voice agent product. On 30 September 2026 its pricing page returns an error and the domain markets an unrelated platform.
