Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through aistrikeforce.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language.

1. Who we are

AI Strike Force is a brand of HARMONY FOR HUMANITY LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the website aistrikeforce.com. HARMONY FOR HUMANITY LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in our project inquiry form ("book a call"), we collect:

  • The service you need
  • Your company name, website (optional), industry and team size
  • Your budget type and budget range, your timeline, and whether you make the decision
  • Your name, email address, and phone / WhatsApp number with its country
  • How you heard about us (and your own answer if you choose "Other")

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name.

When you save a report from one of our free tools (calculators, AI generators, the WhatsApp link maker), we collect your email address, the numbers or text you entered and the results, and, on the WhatsApp tool, your business name. When you keep using an AI generator after the free run, we collect your work email. The text you type into an AI generator is sent to the model provider (see section 5) to write the result, and we keep it only if you save the report.

Information collected automatically with a form

When you submit the inquiry form, the following is sent along with your answers:

  • The UTM source, medium and campaign of the link that brought you to the site, if any
  • The referring website and the first page you landed on
  • Which button you clicked to open the form, and the ROI estimate if you opened it from our calculator
  • The site language you were using and the date and time of submission
  • The result of our fit check (see section 3) and whether your email address uses a free email provider or a business domain

When you sign up for the newsletter or save a tool report, we store the page you were on, a reference to your inquiry if you arrived from the form, the UTM source and campaign, your site language and the date and time.

The phone country in the form is pre-selected in your browser from your device time zone or browser language. Only the country you actually submit with your number is sent to us.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data when you load a page or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to profile visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

Our site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use advertising pixels or session recording. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics is set to store nothing on your device unless you agree to it, so those visits are counted without cookies and without recognising you on a later visit. The site also sets one functional cookie on the AI generator pages and uses three small browser storage entries that stay on your device:

  • _ga and _ga_PPQ34HB0RB (cookies): Google Analytics, to tell a returning visit from a new one and to measure how many people a page reaches. They last up to two years. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are only set if you accept them when we ask.
  • asf_consent (localStorage): remembers whether you accepted or refused those cookies, so we ask only once. It stays until you clear your browser data, and the button at the bottom of this page lets you change your answer at any time.
  • asf_lang (localStorage): remembers the site language you chose. It stays until you clear your browser data.
  • asf_attribution (sessionStorage): keeps the UTM parameters, referring website and landing page of your visit so they can be included if you submit a form. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab or session, and it is only sent to us if you submit a form.
  • asf_tool_email (localStorage): remembers the work email you entered on a tool page, so the AI generators stay unlocked on this device. It stays until you clear your browser data.
  • asf_gen (cookie): counts your free runs of the AI generators (a signed number per generator, no identifier). It is only sent to our generator function, expires after 30 days and cannot be read by scripts.

Content from other providers

Some pages show content hosted by other companies. When that content loads, the provider receives your IP address and browser information, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy:

  • Bunny.net: hosts the videos in our AI video ads portfolio. Thumbnails and short previews load from Bunny on the pages that show them, and the video player loads from Bunny when you click a video.
  • YouTube and Vimeo: some case study pages include embedded YouTube or Vimeo players, or YouTube thumbnails, which load when you view those pages.
  • Google Calendar: if your inquiry matches what we can take on, we show Google Calendar’s appointment booking page inside the form. Any booking you make there is handled by Google.
  • Cloudflare: delivers the site through its network and, on the AI generator pages, runs Turnstile, a bot check that may set its own cookie.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry and schedule and prepare a call with you
  • To understand whether we are a good fit for your project, and to decide which next step to show you
  • To send you the newsletter you asked for
  • To email you what you asked for: a confirmation of your inquiry with the next step, the report you saved from a free tool, and one follow-up a few days after an inquiry, which every such email lets you skip or unsubscribe from in one click
  • To understand which channels and pages bring us inquiries, so we can improve our marketing and website
  • To keep the site and our forms secure, for example by filtering spam, blocking disposable email addresses and ignoring duplicate submissions
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights

About the fit check: when you submit the inquiry form, a simple automatic rule looks at your budget range, your timeline, whether you are the decision-maker and whether you entered a website. If they match what we can currently take on, the form shows our booking calendar; otherwise it shows free resources and our newsletter. This only changes which next step you see. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and you can always email us to talk to a person.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Vercel: hosts the website and runs the server functions that receive form submissions.
  • Google: Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, where inquiries, newsletter signups and tool reports are stored, Google Calendar for appointment booking, and Google Analytics for visit statistics.
  • Resend: sends our emails (confirmations, tool reports, follow-ups and the newsletter) and keeps delivery logs for a limited time.
  • AI model provider: the free generators send the text you enter to the model that writes the result, currently Anthropic (Claude) or a server we run ourselves. Nothing else about you goes with it.
  • Cloudflare: delivers the site through its network and runs the Turnstile bot check on the AI generator pages.
  • Bunny.net: video hosting and streaming for our portfolio.
  • YouTube and Vimeo: embedded videos on some case study pages.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to valid requests from public authorities, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International transfers

HARMONY FOR HUMANITY LLC is a United States company and our main service providers are based in the United States. If you are outside the US, including in the EEA, the UK or Morocco, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and possibly other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and their UK equivalent) or our providers’ certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we make transfers from Morocco in line with Law 09-08.

7. How long we keep it

These are our retention periods:

  • Inquiries and related messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep them for the duration of our relationship and afterwards as long as the law requires.
  • Newsletter signups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Tool reports: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Attribution data in your browser: deleted by your browser when you close the tab or session.
  • Language preference: stays in your browser until you clear it.

Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a limited period under its own policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your information
  • Object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, and to request its deletion or correction. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request.

Residents of Morocco: under Law 09-08 you have the right to be informed, and rights of access, rectification and objection, including objection to direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at oussamachicha@aistrikeforce.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within 30 days, and it is free.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or Morocco’s CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

9. Security

  • The whole site is served over HTTPS, with HTTPS enforced by the browser (HSTS).
  • Forms send your information to our own server functions, which write it to our records using a secret key. Your browser never writes to our records directly.
  • Our inquiry and newsletter records are kept in access-controlled Google accounts, and access is limited to the people who need it.
  • Our form endpoints only accept requests from our own website and include spam protection.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at oussamachicha@aistrikeforce.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will make that clear on this page.
