What is n8n?
A workflow automation tool that connects apps and runs logic, including AI agents, in visual flows. Unlike most alternatives it can be self-hosted, so your data and your automations stay on infrastructure you control.
n8n vs Make vs Zapier: which one?
n8n can be self-hosted and runs AI agents natively, which is why we use it when data control, volume or AI logic matter. Make and Zapier are simpler and fully hosted. If you already run one of them, we build there rather than migrating for its own sake.
How much does n8n cost?
n8n Cloud has monthly plans billed by n8n; self-hosting costs only your server. Our design and build is a fixed price from $2,500, approved before we start.
Can you host n8n for us?
We set it up on your server or on n8n Cloud, in your name, and keep it updated on a monthly plan. You own the instance and can take it over at any time.
Can n8n run AI agents?
Yes. HeroStoryBook's WhatsApp support agent runs entirely in n8n: it understands text, voice messages and images, answers from the store's information and hands over to a person only when needed.
Can you fix or extend workflows we already have?
Yes. We audit what exists, fix what breaks, document it and extend it. Nothing gets rebuilt for the sake of it.
