GoHighLevel pricing: what each plan really costs.
GoHighLevel has three published plans at the time of writing: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497, each with a 14-day free trial and two months free on annual billing. On top come usage costs for phone, SMS and email, and optional add-ons such as the AI Employee ($50 or $97 a month per sub-account) and WhatsApp ($10 a month per sub-account). Below: what each plan includes, what the extras add up to, and which plan fits which business.

A sub-account is one business inside your GoHighLevel account. A single company needs one; an agency needs one per client, which is why the Starter plan’s limit of three matters only to agencies.

The costs that are not on the plan page
- Phone numbers, calls and SMS: billed by usage through HighLevel’s phone system. On Unlimited and above you can rebill them to clients.
- Email sending: billed by usage too, with dedicated IPs as an optional add-on.
- WhatsApp conversations: Meta's fees per conversation, on top of the $10 add-on.
- AI usage beyond the AI Employee bundle, if you use the pay-as-you-go AI features instead.
- Setup: HighLevel gives you the platform, not the funnels, pipelines and automations. Building them yourself takes weeks; an agency does it for a fixed price.
For a single business the usage lines are usually small; for an agency running many sub-accounts they add up and are worth rebilling.
Which plan for which business
- One business (a clinic, a real estate team, a coach): Starter at $97. You will not need more than three sub-accounts.
- An agency with clients: Unlimited at $297, for unlimited sub-accounts and rebilling at cost.
- An agency selling the platform under its own brand: Agency Pro at $497, for SaaS mode and rebilling with a markup.
- Health data in the US: add HIPAA at $297 whatever the plan.

The free trial and the annual discount
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial on gohighlevel.com. Longer trials sometimes circulate through partner links; read the terms before relying on one. Annual billing costs ten months’ worth ($970 for Starter, $2,970 for Unlimited, $4,970 for Agency Pro), so two months are free if you know you will stay.
What setup costs on top
The subscription is paid to HighLevel. Getting a funnel, a pipeline, lead scoring and follow-up sequences to actually work is separate: we build it for a fixed price from $2,500, in days for one funnel and 4 to 8 weeks for a full system, and you own the account. How much is GoHighLevel per month?
$97 for Starter, $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro at the time of writing, plus usage for phone, SMS and email, and optional add-ons.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan through gohighlevel.com. Longer trials sometimes appear through partner links; check the terms.
What is the difference between Starter and Unlimited?
Starter is capped at 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited has no cap, lets you rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost, and adds basic API access. A single business rarely needs Unlimited.
How much does the GoHighLevel AI Employee cost?
$50 a month per sub-account for the Growth tier or $97 a month per sub-account for Unlimited, at the time of writing, on top of your plan.
Are calls and texts included in the price?
No. Phone numbers, calls, SMS and email sending are billed by usage on top of the plan. Unlimited and Agency Pro let agencies rebill that usage to clients.
Is GoHighLevel worth the money?
If you use more than two of its parts, it usually replaces several subscriptions. If you only need a landing page or an email tool, a simpler product is cheaper.

Does the price include setup?
